Upfront Payment:

All fees are required to be paid upfront for each Term or Program. Payment must be completed by the Due Date on your Statement of Fees email.

Direct Debit Option:

We offer a direct debit payment option through a secure third-party system. Fees are processed fortnightly on Thursdays, either from a registered credit card or bank account. To use this option, please enter your payment details in the Customer Portal's or iClassPro App's Billing section and inform us of your choice before the due date. Note: Transaction fees are applicable - Credit Card transactions incur a fee of .30 cents plus 1.98%, and Bank transactions incur a fee of .88 cents per transaction.

Lesson Participation:

Access to lessons is contingent upon full payment of fees. Participants with outstanding fees will be unable to join the lessons.

Payment Method Restrictions:

Please note that we no longer accept private pending payments. In cases where such payments are made, they will be returned, and lessons will be put on hold until full payment is received.

​Public Holidays:​

If your scheduled lesson coincides with a Public Holiday, please note that Swim Mechanix will be closed on these days. To accommodate this, we will adjust your fees to a pro-rata rate for the term or program, ensuring you are not charged for lessons on Public Holidays.
