Cancellation Policy:

• Where Swim Mechanix Australia must cancel lessons, Customers will be notified as soon as possible via email and SMS.  Credits for the cancelled class will be allocated to the Customer’s account within 48 hours.

• Credits can be transferred to a free Make Up lesson if preferred (no fee incurred).

• Credits from cancelled can also be used, and will be automatically allocated to upcoming fees for Term or Holiday Programs.

• Credits from cancelled lessons can be refunded to Customers at the end of Term or Holiday Programs via bank transfer when requested.​
