Enrolment Modification and Cancellation Policy

Written Notice for Cancellation:
If you wish to withdraw from classes, please provide a written notice via email stating your intention to cancel. This notice must be given at least two weeks in advance. Classes will be terminated as of the nominated cancellation date mentioned in your notice.
Notice Period for Direct Debit Customers:
Customers paying via direct debit are required to give a two-week notice prior to the next scheduled direct debit date to ensure the cancellation of future payments.
Automatic Cancellation for Non-Attendance:
If a swimmer has not attended classes for two consecutive weeks without any communication, their enrolment will be automatically cancelled. To re-enrol in the future, any outstanding fees must be cleared.
