Notification of Nonattendance:

If your child is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify us immediately.

Issuance of Make Up Tokens:

A Make Up token will be issued if notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Token Limits and Validity:

• Each term, a maximum of 2 Make Up tokens can be allocated.

• Up to 4 tokens can be used within any term program.

• Tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused tokens after this period will be forfeited.

 

Make Up Lesson Booking:

• Make Up lessons are subject to class availability; we cannot guarantee the same teacher, day, or time slot as your regular lesson.

• You will be notified of your Make Up lesson booking via email.

• Missed Make Up lessons cannot be rebooked and are forfeited.

Restrictions on Token Use:

• Make Up tokens are not transferable as credit for future terms or programs.

• Tokens can only be used when you have an active booking and your account is fully paid.

 

Account Status and Booking:

Make Up lessons cannot be booked if there are outstanding fees on your account.

Forfeiture for No Notice:

Failure to notify us of nonattendance will result in forfeiture of the class without the issuance of a Make Up token.
